CADAVER COURSE
Beneath the Surface: Exploring Aesthetic Anatomy
Language: English
December 7, 2025

Beyond Theory
Everyone talks about anatomy — but how many doctors and aesthetic practitioners have actually worked with real tissues?
The cadaver course is not just theory; it’s a hands-on opportunity to dissect the face layer by layer and understand why some injections lead to perfect results while others cause complications. This is your chance to study vessels, nerves, and muscles — and truly learn how to avoid fatal consequences in your practice.
CADAVER COURSE BY INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL ACADEMY
Practical Anatomy for Aesthetic Medicine Professionals
Theoretical knowledge of anatomy is essential for every practitioner in aesthetic medicine. However, only hands-on work with real tissues allows for a complete understanding of the critical anatomical structures necessary for safe and effective treatments.
The IMA Cadaver Course is a unique opportunity to study the layered anatomy of the face under the guidance of leading anatomists and practicing European physicians. During the course, participants will practice injection techniques for botulinum toxin, fillers, collagen stimulators, and thread lifting on cadaver material — not only reinforcing their knowledge but significantly enhancing their professional skills.
This course fosters anatomical thinking, promotes safety in invasive procedures, and helps minimize risks of complications in daily practice.

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN?
Hands-on study of anatomical structures using cadaver material
Working with real tissues provides a 3D understanding of the face and neck anatomy and allows you to explore the location of vessels, nerves, and fascial layers in situ. These skills go beyond what traditional atlases and diagrams can offer.
Comprehensive practice in all aesthetically significant areas
The program covers the anatomy and correction techniques for the forehead, temples, periorbital area, midface, nose, lips, chin, jaw angles, and platysma — the key regions for injectable and thread-lifting procedures.
Individual expert supervision
Each participant is guided by an experienced mentor — an aesthetic medicine professional — who offers ongoing support, answers questions, and helps develop clinical anatomical thinking.
Real injection practice on cadaver material
Participants don’t just observe — they actively perform injections using botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, and practice thread-lifting techniques. This increases both confidence and precision in clinical work.
Professional development and competitive advantage
Mastering practical anatomy and injection techniques with cadaver material significantly enhances your competence, treatment safety, and marketability as an aesthetic practitioner.
DISSECTORS OF THE CADAVER COURSE
At the main workstation, they will demonstrate the anatomy of the soft tissues of the face and injection techniques. Every step will be broadcast on the screens placed next to the participants’ desks, allowing them to observe the process in detail and immediately apply the knowledge in practice.
